Where is the plant send from?

We send the plant from Jember, Indonesia

How long the process until the package get shipped?

We need around 10-14 working days. Start from process the export permit, get the phytosanitary certificate, pack the plant and pick up by DHL.

Do you can ship to all countries?

So far, we can ship to US, Canada, Thailand, Singapore, India, Africa, Belgium, and many more. You can chat us first for ask.

How to get the import permit?

You can check on agriculture department website in your country. Import permit requirement is different for every country, it’s imposible for us to know all. Please make sure you know the export import regulation and requirement in your country. Here is some countries with import permit requirement, US (more than 12 plants), Canada, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and others.

How long the package will come?

The estimate is around 7-10 days. Clearance event in customs is out of our control.

How can I get the tracking number?

You will get the information of your order in email.

Ship & Pack

We use DHL Express for shipping. This is the fastest shipping we can afford. Basic shipping costis $45, for wholesale 10 plant is $50, for wholesale 100 plant is $100.

We can ship to US, Asia, Europe, UK. Estimate shipping is 7-10 days. Clearance event in customs is out of our control.

We pack the plant use sterofoam box or cardbox. Root will cover with small quantity of sphagnum moss or tissue and wrap the leaves use paper. If you have request for packing, please contact us.

Policy

When you've made an order from our shop, it's mean you've read and agree with our Policy.

We don’t accept complaint for DOA, missing, hold, destroyed, or returned by customs. We've offered cheap price, please read carefully and understand about this.

We guarantee for normal price plant. We offer replacement for heavy damage plant or dead plant. We don’t guarantee for minor damage like yellow leaves or dead leaves, it’s normal for overseas shipment.

We provide phytosanitary certificate for free.

You maybe subject an import taxes. This is buyer’s responsibility because they make this import process. Please pay the tax immediately to avoid the package stuck in customs and keep the plant alive.
